Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

Shipping
We provide Free Shipping for all orders in Metro Cities and select locations serviced by the nearest FEDEX / BLUE DART Office. For all other orders in remote locations or not serviced by FEDEX/BLUE DART Courier, the Transportation charges will apply extra and have to be paid extra as applicable. We shall inform you about these extra charges prior to and processing dispatching your order.

Returns
In case of any Warranty Failure or Manufacturing defect, please call us on +91 8805788887 or email us at INFO@JNBFITNESS.COM within 7 days of receipt of your product. We shall arrange the reverse pickup for your product and arrange a replacement product for you. All replacement requests are subject to stock availability and any refunds if applicable are to the discretion of the Management.

Refunds
In order to get full refund, please return the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within Seven (7) days from date of receipt of items(s) at your end. Original shipping cost will deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery Conditions
Delivery within India Only. We do not deliver any products outside the Country due to Brand / Territorial Restrictions as per our agreement with the respective Brands.

Time of Delivery
If not otherwise indicated in the description of the article, the delivery time is 3 - 7 workings days after the acceptance of order and advance payment. Please consider, that delivery is not possible on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Payment Conditions:
The following payment methods are accepted:
Advance Payment by Bank Transfer / Net Banking. Payment by Major Credit / Debit Cards issued in India or by Overseas Banks (for Shipping in India only).
